How we work out what you need
We start with two questions: roughly how much do you print each month, and how much of it is colour. New, ex rental and reconditioned
We hold our own fleet. Machines that come off hire are serviced, reconditioned and go back out, with their full service history known to us because we did the servicing. For many offices an ex rental machine on a hire is the best value available, because it does the same work as a new one at a lower monthly figure. When a new machine is the right answer we will say so.
The service team
Service is done by our own technicians and long standing service partners who work on these brands every day. Toner and consumables come from us, on time, so nobody in your office needs to keep a spare in a drawer. Meter readings are collected automatically on most machines, so nobody has to remember to send them. When you ring, the person who
answers can see your machine, its history and its contract.
