Yes. Monthly rental puts delivery, installation, servicing and support into one payment, and you can move to a different model if your volumes change. Ask us for a monthly rental price on the Toshiba you have in mind.

Yes. We sell used, refurbished and ex rental copiers as well as hiring them out. Stock changes, so ask whether the model you want is available now and we will tell you what we have or can source. Ex rental machines have been looked after on a service arrangement and are checked before they are sold.

Start with how many pages you print. The 48 models here run from 20 to 65 pages per minute in A4. The slower models suit small offices, and the faster ones suit busy teams and print rooms. Yes. Short term hire covers events, temporary offices, seasonal peaks and breakdown cover, subject to the model being free for your dates. If the exact model is not free we offer the closest match.

Yes. On hire we install the copier on your network, set up printing and scan to email, and show your team how to use it. We confirm the setup for your computers before delivery.

On the current e-STUDIO range the AC models are colour and the A models are black and white. A 2525AC and a 2528A are the same generation, one in colour and one in mono, and the first digits of the model number roughly follow the A4 speed.

For a small office the 20 to 30 page per minute colour models are the usual choice, such as the 2010AC, 2525AC and 3025AC. If you print a lot more than that, step up to a 35 or 45 page per minute model rather than running a small one flat out.

Often yes. The 2505AC and 2515AC series are well proven, and used or ex rental machines from those generations cost far less than the current range. We tell you the condition of the machine we supply and what service arrangement suits it.

Yes. The Toshiba range includes A4 colour desktop multifunction models at 33 and 40 pages per minute, for offices that never print above A4 and want a smaller footprint.
