What to know before you choose a Kyocera.
- ci at the end of a TASKalfa model means colour and the number before it follows the speed, so a 3554ci is 35 pages per minute and a 5054ci is 50. Black and white models drop the c.
- The 2552ci and 2553ci are older generations that are common used and ex rental. They suit offices that want a proven A3 colour copier at a lower cost.
- The ECOSYS M8124cidn and M8130cidn are 24 and 30 page per minute A3 colour machines that suit a small team.
- If you print mostly black and white, ask about a mono model. It is usually the cheaper way to run.

How much does it cost to hire a Kyocera photocopier?

Can I rent a Kyocera copier monthly instead of buying it?
Yes. Monthly rental puts delivery, installation, servicing and support into one payment, and you can move to a different model if your volumes change. Ask us for a monthly rental price on the Kyocera you have in mind.
Do you sell used and ex rental Kyocera copiers?
Yes. We sell used, refurbished and ex rental copiers as well as hiring them out. Stock changes, so ask whether the model you want is available now and we will tell you what we have or can source. Ex rental machines have been looked after on a service arrangement and are checked before they are sold.
Which Kyocera model should I choose?

Yes. Short term hire covers events, temporary offices, seasonal peaks and breakdown cover, subject to the model being free for your dates. If the exact model is not free we offer the closest match.
Will it work on my office network?
Yes. On hire we install the copier on your network, set up printing and scan to email, and show your team how to use it. We confirm the setup for your computers before delivery.
What does ci mean on a Kyocera TASKalfa?
The ci suffix marks a colour multifunction copier. Kyocera black and white TASKalfa models do not carry the c, and the number before the suffix follows the speed class.
Is the Kyocera TASKalfa 2554ci still a good buy?
Yes for many offices. The 2554ci is a well proven 25 page per minute A3 colour copier, and used and ex rental examples cost much less than the current MZ range. It is on our used and ex rental list, so ask what is available.
What is the difference between TASKalfa and ECOSYS?
TASKalfa is Kyocera's main A3 copier line, and ECOSYS is a line of lower speed office multifunction devices. We deal in both, and the table below shows which models are which.

Yes. Short term hire is available for events, projects and breakdown cover, subject to the model being free for your dates.
