HP sells its A3 office multifunction copiers as LaserJet Managed and Color LaserJet Managed models, built for offices that want a supplier to look after supplies and service. We arrange hire, monthly rental and used or ex rental HP copiers across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

Short term HP hire by the week or month
Need a copier for an event, a project, a busy season or while yours is being repaired? Hire a HP by the week or month with no long contract. Tell us the dates and the model or speed you want, and we confirm whether it is free.
If the exact model is out, we offer the closest match, such as the next model up or down in the same series.
Swap or upgrade your HP as your business changes
Print volumes change. If you outgrow a copier or find you bought more machine than you needed, we can move you to a faster or slower model in the same series. Hire and rental arrangements are built so you can change model without being locked in.

What to know before you choose a HP.
- E at the start of an HP model means enterprise. The first digits tell you the family and the last two digits give the speed, so an E78630 is a 30 page per minute colour machine.
- The E786 colour copiers are sold with a paid speed licence. The E78625, E78630 and E78635 are one hardware family at three speeds.
- Check the paper drawers and finisher on any unit, and ask whether it has the optional extra drawers.
- We set the copier up on your network so printing and scanning work from your computers.

Questions about HP copiers
How much does it cost to hire a HP photocopier?
It depends on the model, how long you need it, how many pages you print and whether you want colour or black and white. A few days for an event is priced differently to a rolling monthly rental. Tell us what you need and we will quote it. The hire prices page explains what moves the price.
Can I rent a HP copier monthly instead of buying it?
Yes. Monthly rental puts delivery, installation, servicing and support into one payment, and you can move to a different model if your volumes change. Ask us for a monthly rental price on the HP you have in mind.
Do you sell used and ex rental HP copiers?
Yes. We sell used, refurbished and ex rental copiers as well as hiring them out. Stock changes, so ask whether the model you want is available now and we will tell you what we have or can source. Ex rental machines have been looked after on a service arrangement and are checked before they are sold.
Which HP model should I choose?
Start with how many pages you print. The 31 models here run from 22 to 70 pages per minute in A4. The slower models suit small offices, and the faster ones suit busy teams and print rooms. Can I hire a HP copier for a few days?
Yes. Short term hire covers events, temporary offices, seasonal peaks and breakdown cover, subject to the model being free for your dates. If the exact model is not free we offer the closest match.
Will it work on my office network?
Yes. On hire we install the copier on your network, set up printing and scan to email, and show your team how to use it. We confirm the setup for your computers before delivery.
What does Managed mean on an HP LaserJet?
HP uses Managed for the models designed for managed print services, where a provider looks after supplies and service. They are the same kind of A3 multifunction copier as the other models here.
Are the HP E78625, E78630 and E78635 different machines?
No. They are one HP E786 colour family sold at 25, 30 and 35 pages per minute, usually with a paid speed licence for the faster speeds. We confirm the speed of the unit we supply.
Do you stock HP A3 copiers?
The E78625 and E78630 are on our used and ex rental list. Availability changes, so ask what is available now.
Can I hire a high speed HP mono copier?
Yes, subject to dates. The HP E826 range runs at 50, 60 and 70 pages per minute for busy offices and print rooms.
Where do you deliver HP copiers?
Across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, the Redlands, Toowoomba and up to Gympie. If you are a little outside those areas, call us and we will tell you what is possible.
No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
