Choosing a copier
Which photocopier brands can I hire?
We arrange hire, rental and used or ex rental copiers from Toshiba, Ricoh, Kyocera, Fujifilm, Canon, HP, Konica Minolta and Sharp.
How do I choose between models?
Choose by how many pages you print, whether you need colour, and the paper size. Each model page lists the speed and size, and links to faster and slower models in the same series.
Can I hire a model for a few days?
Yes, short term hire is available subject to the model being free for your dates. Ask and we will confirm.
No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
| Month to month hire | A long lease or managed print contract | |
|---|---|---|
| How long you commit | As short as you need | Often three to five years or more |
| If your needs change | Tell us and we adjust it | Often fixed until the term ends |
| Trying before you buy | Hire first, then buy the same machine if you like it | Check whether that is possible |
| Getting out | Ask us about notice before you start | Check the exit terms before you sign |
Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
Ask about a copier
Tell us the brand and model you are after, or what you print.
- Hire, rent or buy used, you choose
- Network and print setup included on hire
