Been quoted on a IM C2000? Send it to us.
Whether the quote calls it the IM C2000 or the Ricoh IMC2000, if another supplier has quoted you on this machine, send us the quote or call. We will quote the same model, or a better fit for what you print, on hire, rental, lease or used, with no five year lock in. Email it to info@photocopierhire.com.au or put the model and price in the form.
Who the Ricoh IM C2000 suits
At 20 ppm, the IM C2000 is usually chosen for a small office or workgroup with low to moderate printing. If your volumes grow, a faster model in the same series is an easy swap.
A colour machine prints, copies and scans in one unit, handles A3 paper, and prints two sided automatically. We set it up on your network, so printing and scanning work from every computer that needs them. We can also talk through running costs, toner and servicing so you are not surprised later.
Other models in the IM C2000 to IM C6000 series
Pick a different speed or switch between colour and mono. They all share the same family look and the same style of controls.

If the IM C2000 is not free when you need it, these are close in speed and also available for hire or as used and ex rental copiers.
Questions about the Ricoh IM C2000
How much does it cost to hire a Ricoh IM C2000?
It depends on how long you need it, how many pages you print and whether you want colour or black and white. A few days for an event is priced differently to a rolling monthly rental. Tell us what you need on the form or call (07) 2146 4907 and we will quote the IM C2000. The hire prices page explains what moves the price.
How much is a used Ricoh IM C2000 for sale?
Used and ex rental prices depend on the meter count, condition, finisher and whether you want the machine on a service arrangement, so we quote per machine rather than quote one price for every IM C2000. Our used copiers are delivered, installed and your team is shown how to use them. If there are stairs, there is an extra charge. Send the form or call (07) 2146 4907 for a price.
Can I rent a Ricoh IM C2000 monthly instead of buying it?
Yes. Monthly rental puts delivery, installation, servicing and support into one payment, and you can move to a different model if your volumes change. Ask us for a monthly rental price on the IM C2000.
How fast is the Ricoh IM C2000?
The Ricoh IM C2000 prints and copies at 20 pages per minute in A4. It is a A3 colour machine, so it suits a small office or workgroup with low to moderate printing.
Can I hire a Ricoh IM C2000 for a short term?
Short term hire is available for events, temporary offices, seasonal peaks and while a machine is being repaired or replaced. Ricoh lists the IM C2000 as a discontinued model, so used and ex rental copiers are the usual way to get one. If this exact model is not free for your dates we will offer the closest match, such as the Ricoh IM C2500.
Do you sell used or ex rental Ricoh IM C2000 copiers?
We sell used, refurbished and ex rental copiers as well as hiring them out. Stock changes, so ask whether a Ricoh IM C2000 is available now and we will tell you what we have, or what we can source. Ex rental machines have been looked after on a service arrangement and are checked before they are sold.
Will the Ricoh IM C2000 work on my office network?
Yes. On hire we install the copier on your network, set up printing and scan to email, and show your team how to use it. The IM C2000 supports network printing and scanning like other modern Ricoh copiers, and we confirm the exact setup for your computers before delivery.
Where do you deliver the Ricoh IM C2000?
We arrange delivery and installation across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, the Redlands, Toowoomba and up to Gympie. If you are a little outside those areas, call us and we will tell you what is possible.
No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
| Month to month hire | A long lease or managed print contract | |
|---|---|---|
| How long you commit | As short as you need | Often three to five years or more |
| If your needs change | Tell us and we adjust it | Often fixed until the term ends |
| Trying before you buy | Hire first, then buy the same machine if you like it | Check whether that is possible |
| Getting out | Ask us about notice before you start | Check the exit terms before you sign |
Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
