Ex lease copiers
Ex Lease Photocopiers for Sale
An ex lease copier has finished its first lease term and is sold on, often with years of life left. It costs far less than new and suits most offices. Tell us the brand, model or budget and we will tell you what we have or can find.
Why buy ex lease
- A fraction of the price of a new machine
- Same models businesses lease new: Toshiba, Ricoh, Kyocera, Fujifilm, Canon, HP, Konica Minolta and Sharp
- Delivered, installed and connected to your network
- Hire first if you want to try it
What to ask about any used copier
- The page count (meter) on the machine
- Which parts have been replaced
- Whether servicing is available after you buy
- Delivery and setup
Stock changes week to week, so we do not list a fixed price. Browse the models below or the full used list by brand, then ask for a price on the one you like.

What does ex lease mean?
It means the copier was leased to a business, returned at the end of the term, and is now sold on after it has been checked.
Is an ex lease copier reliable?
A machine that has been well looked after is a sound choice for most offices. Ask us about the condition and the page count of the machine you like.
Can you deliver and install it?
Yes. We deliver, install and connect it to your network.
Can I hire it first?
Often yes. Ask us and we will quote hire on the same model.

No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
| Month to month hire | A long lease or managed print contract | |
|---|---|---|
| How long you commit | As short as you need | Often three to five years or more |
| If your needs change | Tell us and we adjust it | Often fixed until the term ends |
| Trying before you buy | Hire first, then buy the same machine if you like it | Check whether that is possible |
| Getting out | Ask us about notice before you start | Check the exit terms before you sign |
Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
