Flexible hire
Month to Month Copier Hire, No Lock In
If you do not want to be tied to a 36 or 60 month lease, hire a copier month to month. You get a modern multifunction machine, delivery, setup and servicing, and you can hand it back when you no longer need it.
Month to month, rental or lease
- Month to month hire: most flexible, no long term commitment
- Rental, 12 to 36 months: a lower monthly cost for a fixed term
- Lease, 36 to 60 months: usually the lowest ongoing cost for a long term need
- Purchase: buy a used or ex rental machine outright
Good reasons to hire month to month
- A new business that is still growing
- A short contract or a project
- An uncertain move or a change of premises
- Trying a machine before you buy it
Tell us your print volume and what you need the machine to do. We quote month to month hire and, if you want to compare, rental and lease on the same machine. You decide which suits you.
See rent, lease or buy a copier for how the options compare.

How it works
1. Tell us what you need

2. We match a machine
We suggest a model that suits your volume, paper size and colour needs, and quote hire, rental or purchase.
3. Delivered and set up
We deliver, install and connect it to your network, then show your team how to use it.

Is there a lock in contract?
Month to month hire does not tie you to a long term. We confirm the terms in writing in your quote.
Is month to month dearer than a lease?
Usually the monthly cost is higher than a long lease, because you are paying for flexibility. We quote both so you can compare.
Is servicing included?
Servicing and support stay with us while the hire runs. We confirm what is included in your quote.
Can I switch to a lease later?
Yes. Tell us and we will quote a rental or lease on the same machine or another one.

No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
| Month to month hire | A long lease or managed print contract | |
|---|---|---|
| How long you commit | As short as you need | Often three to five years or more |
| If your needs change | Tell us and we adjust it | Often fixed until the term ends |
| Trying before you buy | Hire first, then buy the same machine if you like it | Check whether that is possible |
| Getting out | Ask us about notice before you start | Check the exit terms before you sign |
Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
