Short term hire
Daily and Weekly Copier Hire
Need a copier for a day, a week or a month? Short term hire gives you a working multifunction machine without a long contract. Tell us the dates and we will confirm a model and a price.
Hire periods
- By the day for events and one off jobs
- By the week for projects and busy periods
- By the month for temporary offices and cover
- Longer rental terms if the need turns out to be permanent
Why hire instead of rent or lease
- You pay only for the time you need the machine
- No long contract to get out of
- Delivery, installation and network setup included
- You can move to rental or buy the machine later
Prices depend on the model, the length of hire and the delivery address, so we quote each job and put it in writing before you commit. If you are not sure how long you will need it, tell us and we will suggest the most flexible arrangement.

Tell us what you need and we will quote hire, rental or purchase. No obligation.
How it works
1. Tell us what you need
Give us the dates or term, what you print and where the copier is going. Two minutes on the form or one call.
2. We match a machine
We suggest a model that suits your volume, paper size and colour needs, and quote hire, rental or purchase.
3. Delivered and set up
We deliver, install and connect it to your network, then show your team how to use it.

What is the shortest hire?
Tell us the dates you need and we will confirm what is possible for your machine and address.
Is delivery included?
Delivery, installation and network setup are part of a hire arrangement. We confirm the details for your address when we quote.
Can I hire a colour A3 copier?
Yes. Most of our hire machines are A3 colour multifunction copiers, and we also have black and white models.
Can I keep it longer than planned?
Yes. Tell us before the end of the hire and we will extend it.

No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
| Month to month hire | A long lease or managed print contract | |
|---|---|---|
| How long you commit | As short as you need | Often three to five years or more |
| If your needs change | Tell us and we adjust it | Often fixed until the term ends |
| Trying before you buy | Hire first, then buy the same machine if you like it | Check whether that is possible |
| Getting out | Ask us about notice before you start | Check the exit terms before you sign |
Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
