How much does photocopier hire cost in Noosa?
It depends on the copier, how long you need it and how much you print. Tell us what you need and where it is going and we will quote. See the hire prices page for what moves the price.
Do you deliver and set up the copier in Noosa?
Yes. We deliver the copier, install it, connect it to your network and set up printing and scanning, then show your team how to use it. Servicing and support continue while the hire runs.
Can I buy a used or ex rental copier in Noosa?
Yes. We sell used, refurbished and ex rental copiers from Toshiba, Ricoh, Kyocera, Fujifilm, Canon and HP. Stock changes, so tell us what you are after and we will tell you what we have or can source.
Can I hire a copier for just a few days in Noosa?
Yes. Short term hire is for events, projects, temporary offices and breakdown cover. Give us your dates and we will confirm a machine. There is no long contract.
More ways to hire or buy a copier
Call it a photocopier, photocopy machine, copy machine or office printer. You can hire it, rent it, take it on rent or lease it, or buy it used, second hand, ex fleet, ex lease or refurbished, near you across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, Redlands, Toowoomba and up to Gympie.
No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
| Month to month hire | A long lease or managed print contract | |
|---|---|---|
| How long you commit | As short as you need | Often three to five years or more |
| If your needs change | Tell us and we adjust it | Often fixed until the term ends |
| Trying before you buy | Hire first, then buy the same machine if you like it | Check whether that is possible |
| Getting out | Ask us about notice before you start | Check the exit terms before you sign |
Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
