Questions about the TASKalfa 2554ci series
Which Kyocera TASKalfa 2554ci series should I choose?
Start with how many pages you print. The models here run from 25 to 70 ppm in A4. Slower models suit small offices, faster ones suit busy teams. Tell us what you print and whether you need colour and we will match a model to it.
What is new in the TASKalfa 2554ci series?
Maker information points to: Faster ARM A53 quad core 1.6 GHz processor, versus QorIQ T1024 dual core 1.0 GHz on the 2553ci; Security hardware and protocols added: Trusted Platform Module, Secure Boot, Run Time Integrity Check, S/MIME and TLS 1.3. Check the model page for the figures of the exact machine.
Can I hire a Kyocera TASKalfa 2554ci series copier short term?
Yes. Short term hire covers events, projects, temporary offices and breakdown cover, and monthly rental is available when you want a longer arrangement without a lease. Availability of each model changes, so ask what we have for your dates.
Do you sell used Kyocera copiers from this series?
Yes. We sell used, refurbished and ex rental copiers. Ask about a particular model and we will tell you what we have or can source.
Where do you deliver and install?
Across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, the Redlands, Toowoomba and up to Gympie, including delivery, installation and network setup.
No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
| Month to month hire | A long lease or managed print contract | |
|---|---|---|
| How long you commit | As short as you need | Often three to five years or more |
| If your needs change | Tell us and we adjust it | Often fixed until the term ends |
| Trying before you buy | Hire first, then buy the same machine if you like it | Check whether that is possible |
| Getting out | Ask us about notice before you start | Check the exit terms before you sign |
Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
