Photocopier lease
Photocopier Lease Brisbane
Leasing a photocopier spreads the cost over a fixed term, usually three to five years, and suits an office that knows it will use the same machine for a long time. If you are not sure, we will quote lease, rental and used purchase side by side.
Who leases a copier
- Offices with steady, predictable print volumes
- Schools, medical centres and professional practices
- Businesses that prefer a fixed monthly cost
- Teams replacing an ageing machine
Other ways to get the same machine
- Rental on a shorter 12 to 36 month term
- Month to month hire with no long contract
- Buying a used or ex lease copier outright
- Hire first, then decide
A lease is a commitment, so it is worth comparing it with a shorter rental or with buying a good used machine. Tell us your print volume, paper size and colour needs and we will quote the options so you can see the difference.

We deliver, install and connect it to your network, then show your team how to use it.

How long is a photocopier lease?
Leases commonly run for three to five years. We can also quote shorter rental terms and month to month hire if you want more flexibility.
Is a lease cheaper than renting?
It depends on the machine and the term, so we quote both. Tell us what you print and we will show the options.
Can I lease a printer as well as a copier?
Yes. Tell us whether you need an A3 copier or an A4 multifunction printer and we will quote it.
Do you lease in Toowoomba and Gympie?
We quote across South East Queensland, including Toowoomba and Gympie. Ask us about your address.
More ways to hire or buy a copier

We deliver and install across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, Redlands, Toowoomba and up to Gympie. Call (07) 2146 4907 or send the form and we will confirm your address.
No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
| Month to month hire | A long lease or managed print contract | |
|---|---|---|
| How long you commit | As short as you need | Often three to five years or more |
| If your needs change | Tell us and we adjust it | Often fixed until the term ends |
| Trying before you buy | Hire first, then buy the same machine if you like it | Check whether that is possible |
| Getting out | Ask us about notice before you start | Check the exit terms before you sign |
Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
