Fujifilm copiers in Brisbane and South East Queensland
If you are looking for a Xerox style office copier in Australia, you are most likely looking for a Fujifilm. Fuji Xerox machines sold as ApeosPort are now sold by Fujifilm as Apeos, and the earlier ApeosPort generations remain common as used and ex rental copiers. We arrange hire, monthly rental and used or ex rental Fujifilm and Fuji Xerox copiers across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
This page lists all 45 models we deal in across 5 series, from 20 to 81 pages per minute. Newer Apeos C models sit beside the ApeosPort-VII, ApeosPort-VI and ApeosPort-V generations, so you can compare a current machine with an older one that costs less.
Use the speed finder to find the right size of machine, then open a series or a model for the details. We deliver, install and connect the copier to your network, and we confirm the exact configuration before you commit.

Colour or black and white Fujifilm copiers
37 of the 45 Fujifilm models here are colour and 8 are black and white. Colour suits proposals, marketing, plans and anything a customer sees. Black and white costs less per page and suits internal documents, forms and high volume printing.

Hire it, rent it or buy it used
Three ways to get a Fujifilm, with delivery, installation and support handled for you.
Short term hire
A Fujifilm for days, weeks or a few months. Good for events, projects, temporary offices and covering a breakdown. No long contract.
Short term photocopier hireMonthly rental
One monthly payment with delivery, installation, servicing and support in the arrangement. Move to a different model if your volumes change.
Photocopier hire and rentalUsed and ex rental
Buy a used, refurbished or ex rental Fujifilm outright. Machines come from our hire and service work and are checked before sale.
Used and ex rental copiersHow it works
From first call to a working copier.
1 Choose the Fujifilm
Tell us what you print, whether you need colour and how long you need the copier. We suggest a model and send a quote.
2 We deliver and install
We deliver, install and connect the copier to your network, set up printing and scanning, and show your team how to use it.
3 We look after it
Servicing and support stay with us for the length of the hire. If a copier needs attention, call us and we arrange it.
Used and ex rental Fujifilm copiers, checked before sale
Used and ex rental copiers cost much less than new and are a sound choice for most offices. Our machines come from hire and service work, and each one is checked before it is sold. We tell you the condition and what service arrangement suits it.
- Fuji Xerox ApeosPort and Fujifilm Apeos models in one place
- Current Apeos range plus older generations that cost less used
- Colour and black and white A3 models
- Delivery, network setup and support on hire
Short term Fujifilm hire by the week or month
Need a copier for an event, a project, a busy season or while yours is being repaired? Hire a Fujifilm by the week or month with no long contract. Tell us the dates and the model or speed you want, and we confirm whether it is free.
If the exact model is out, we offer the closest match, such as the next model up or down in the same series.
Swap or upgrade your Fujifilm as your business changes
Print volumes change. If you outgrow a copier or find you bought more machine than you needed, we can move you to a faster or slower model in the same series. Hire and rental arrangements are built so you can change model without being locked in.
If you own a used copier and want something different, ask what we can do.
Fujifilm buying and hiring guide
What to know before you choose a Fujifilm.
- Fuji Xerox became Fujifilm. The ApeosPort-VII, VI and V machines are Fuji Xerox, and the Apeos C range is Fujifilm. They are the same family and the controls are similar.
- The ApeosPort-VI C4471 is a popular used and ex rental model at 45 pages per minute in colour, and it is on our list.
- Xerox branded products are sold by a separate company. If a copier carries a Fuji Xerox or Fujifilm badge, it belongs on this page.
- Ask which finisher the copier has. Booklet and staple finishers change what the machine can do for a busy office.

If another supplier has quoted you on one of these machines, send us the quote or call. We will quote the same model, or a better fit for what you print, on hire, rental, lease or used, with no five year lock in. Email it to info@photocopierhire.com.au or put the model and price in the form.
Questions about Fujifilm copiers
How much does it cost to hire a Fujifilm photocopier?
It depends on the model, how long you need it, how many pages you print and whether you want colour or black and white. A few days for an event is priced differently to a rolling monthly rental. Tell us what you need and we will quote it. The hire prices page explains what moves the price.
Can I rent a Fujifilm copier monthly instead of buying it?
Yes. Monthly rental puts delivery, installation, servicing and support into one payment, and you can move to a different model if your volumes change. Ask us for a monthly rental price on the Fujifilm you have in mind.
Do you sell used and ex rental Fujifilm copiers?
Yes. We sell used, refurbished and ex rental copiers as well as hiring them out. Stock changes, so ask whether the model you want is available now and we will tell you what we have or can source. Ex rental machines have been looked after on a service arrangement and are checked before they are sold.
Which Fujifilm model should I choose?
Start with how many pages you print. The 45 models here run from 20 to 81 pages per minute in A4. The slower models suit small offices, and the faster ones suit busy teams and print rooms. Use the speed finder on this page, or tell us what you print and whether you need colour and we will match a model.
Can I hire a Fujifilm copier for a few days?
Yes. Short term hire covers events, temporary offices, seasonal peaks and breakdown cover, subject to the model being free for your dates. If the exact model is not free we offer the closest match.
Will it work on my office network?
Yes. On hire we install the copier on your network, set up printing and scan to email, and show your team how to use it. We confirm the setup for your computers before delivery.
Is Fuji Xerox the same as Fujifilm?
Fuji Xerox changed its name to Fujifilm Business Innovation, and its ApeosPort machines are now sold as Fujifilm Apeos. Xerox branded products are sold by a separate company.
Do you hire Fuji Xerox ApeosPort copiers?
Yes. We deal in ApeosPort-VII, VI and V machines as well as the current Fujifilm Apeos range, subject to what is available for your dates.
Which Fujifilm is good for a mid sized office?
A 35 or 45 page per minute colour model such as the ApeosPort-VI C4471 is a common choice for a mid sized office. Smaller teams often choose a 25 or 30 page per minute model.
Can you supply a Fujifilm mono copier?
Yes. The Apeos mono A3 range and older black and white models are available for hire and as used or ex rental copiers. Ask what is available now.
Where do you deliver Fujifilm copiers?
Across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, the Redlands, Toowoomba and up to Gympie. If you are a little outside those areas, call us and we will tell you what is possible.
No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
| Month to month hire | A long lease or managed print contract | |
|---|---|---|
| How long you commit | As short as you need | Often three to five years or more |
| If your needs change | Tell us and we adjust it | Often fixed until the term ends |
| Trying before you buy | Hire first, then buy the same machine if you like it | Check whether that is possible |
| Getting out | Ask us about notice before you start | Check the exit terms before you sign |
Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
