What to know before you choose a Ricoh.
- IM C is Ricoh's colour range and IM without the C is black and white. The digits give the speed class, so an IM C3500 is a 35 page per minute colour copier and an IM C4500 is a 45 page per minute one.
- The MP C generations (MP C2003, MP C2004 and the older MP C range) are the value choice. Many are available used or ex rental, and the controls are familiar to anyone who has used a Ricoh before.
- Think about scanning as well as printing. Ricoh copiers are often chosen for scan to email and scan to folder workflows, and we set those up on your network.
- If your volumes are uncertain, rent rather than buy. You can move to a different Ricoh model if your needs change.

How much does it cost to hire a Ricoh photocopier?

Can I rent a Ricoh copier monthly instead of buying it?
Yes. Monthly rental puts delivery, installation, servicing and support into one payment, and you can move to a different model if your volumes change. Ask us for a monthly rental price on the Ricoh you have in mind.
Do you sell used and ex rental Ricoh copiers?
Yes. We sell used, refurbished and ex rental copiers as well as hiring them out. Stock changes, so ask whether the model you want is available now and we will tell you what we have or can source. Ex rental machines have been looked after on a service arrangement and are checked before they are sold.
Which Ricoh model should I choose?

Can I hire a Ricoh copier for a few days?
Yes. Short term hire covers events, temporary offices, seasonal peaks and breakdown cover, subject to the model being free for your dates. If the exact model is not free we offer the closest match.
Will it work on my office network?
Yes. On hire we install the copier on your network, set up printing and scan to email, and show your team how to use it. We confirm the setup for your computers before delivery.
What is the difference between Ricoh IM C and MP C copiers?
IM C is the newer naming used by the current Ricoh range, and MP C is the older naming used before it. The IM models are the newer machines, and the MP C models are the value choice used or ex rental.
Which Ricoh is a good all round office copier?
A 30 or 35 page per minute colour model such as the IM C3000 or IM C3500 is a common all rounder for a mid sized office. Smaller offices often choose a 20 or 25 page per minute model, and busy departments choose a 45 or 60 page per minute one.
Can I rent a Ricoh colour copier month to month?
