Photocopier hire, rental and used copiers

Ex-Rental Photocopiers For Sale & Rent to Own

The best used photocopier you can buy is one whose entire life you can see. Our ex-rental machines have lived on our own hire fleet: serviced by our technicians on schedule, every toner and part on record, retired from hire while they still have years of work in them. That is a machine with a birth certificate, not a mystery from the classifieds.

Why ex-rental beats ordinary second hand

An ordinary used copier arrives with an unknown past. An ex-rental arrives with our own logbook: what was serviced, what was replaced, how hard it worked. Each one is checked, reconditioned and sold with a warranty, delivered and installed on your network across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, with a service agreement available for total cover.

Rent to own: try it, then keep it

Torn between hiring and buying? Rent to own settles it. Start on a simple monthly rental with service included, and if the machine earns its place, put your rental toward keeping it for good. No pressure on day one, no gamble on a machine you have never used, and an easy exit if your needs change instead.

Want a machine with a known history, or a try before you buy? Call (07) 2146 4907 or send the quote form and tick Outright Purchase, and we will send current ex-rental stock.

Frequently asked questions

What condition are ex-rental photocopiers in?

Fleet-serviced condition. They were maintained on schedule by our own technicians their whole working life, then checked and reconditioned before sale.

Do ex-rental machines come with a warranty?

Yes, every one, with the option of an ongoing service agreement covering toner, parts and call outs.

How does rent to own actually work?

You rent month to month with service included, and when you are ready, your rental history goes toward owning the machine. Ask us to run the numbers for your volume.

Can I trade it in later?

Yes. We offer trade in and upgrade options on machines we sell, so your copier can grow with the business.

No obligation. No five year lock in. Prefer to talk? Call (07) 2146 4907.

No lock in

Hire it your way. No five year lock in.

Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.

Month to month

Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.

Change it if it is not right

If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.

Plain terms, in writing

We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.

Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
