Temporary office hire
Temporary Photocopier Hire for Offices
Moving premises, fitting out a floor, running a project team or opening a pop up office? Hire a copier for as long as you need it and send it back when the job is done, instead of signing a multi year lease.
When a temporary copier makes sense
- Office moves and fit outs
- Project teams and short contracts
- Pop up shops and sales offices
- Seasonal peaks such as tax time and enrolment time
- Cover while a permanent machine is being sorted
What is included
- Delivery and installation
- Network, print and scan setup
- Servicing and support while the hire runs
- Collection when you finish
Tell us the address, the start date and how long you expect to need the machine. We suggest a model that fits your print volume, then quote hire by the week or month. If the job runs longer than planned you can extend it.
If you decide you like the machine, ask about buying it. Many customers hire first and then buy the same copier.
Temporary photocopier hire for your office
Tell us what you need and we will quote hire, rental or purchase. No obligation.
How it works
1. Tell us what you need
Give us the dates or term, what you print and where the copier is going. Two minutes on the form or one call.
2. We match a machine
We suggest a model that suits your volume, paper size and colour needs, and quote hire, rental or purchase.
3. Delivered and set up
We deliver, install and connect it to your network, then show your team how to use it.

How long can I hire a copier for?
From a few days to many months. Tell us your dates and we will quote the right arrangement, whether that is short term hire or monthly rental.
Can I extend the hire?
Yes. Tell us before the end date and we will confirm the extension.
Can I buy the machine I hired?

No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
| Month to month hire | A long lease or managed print contract | |
|---|---|---|
| How long you commit | As short as you need | Often three to five years or more |
| If your needs change | Tell us and we adjust it | Often fixed until the term ends |
| Trying before you buy | Hire first, then buy the same machine if you like it | Check whether that is possible |
| Getting out | Ask us about notice before you start | Check the exit terms before you sign |
Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
