How to Choose the Right Copier for Your Office
The right copier is the one that fits how you work. Too small and it jams and queues. Too big and you pay for speed and capacity you never use. Four questions get you most of the way.

A rough guide to speed
- Small offices often suit 20 to 30 pages per minute
- Busy offices and schools often suit 35 to 50 pages per minute
- High volume print rooms need 55 pages per minute and faster

Do I need A3?
If you print drawings, spreadsheets, posters or booklets, A3 helps. If you print mostly letters and invoices, an A4 multifunction may be enough. We supply both.
How fast does a copier need to be?
It depends on how many pages you print. Tell us your volume and we will suggest a speed.
Is colour worth it?
If you print marketing material, reports or presentations, yes. If you print only black and white documents, a mono machine can be enough.
Can I hire one to test?
Yes. Hire a machine first and decide later.

No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
