Printer and photocopier on rent
Printer and Photocopier on Rent
Want a printer or photocopier on rent? We rent copiers and multifunction printers to offices, schools, practices and project teams across South East Queensland, month to month or on a set term.
Rent it your way
- Month to month rent with no long contract
- A 12 to 36 month rental term
- Short term rent for events and projects
- Rent first, then buy the machine if you like it
Tell us what you print and where the machine is going. We will suggest a model and quote the rent in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of the arrangement, and we confirm the details for your address.

How it works
1. Tell us what you need
Give us your monthly print volume, paper size and colour needs, and where the machine is going. Two minutes on the form or one call.
2. We quote the rental
We suggest a model and quote it as a monthly rental, or as hire or a lease if that suits you better.
3. Delivered and set up
We deliver, install and connect it to your network, then show your team how to use it.

What does on rent mean?
It means the machine is rented rather than bought. You pay for the time you have it and send it back, or move to buying it, when you are done.
Can I rent a photocopier month to month?
Yes. Tell us the start date and we will confirm a machine and quote it.
Can I rent to own?
Ask us. We quote hire, rental and purchase, and many customers hire first and then buy the same machine.
Do you rent in Toowoomba and Gympie?
We deliver across South East Queensland, including Toowoomba and Gympie. Ask us about your address.
More ways to hire or buy a copier

You can hire it, rent it, take it on rent or lease it, or buy it used, second hand, ex fleet, ex lease or refurbished, near you across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, Redlands, Toowoomba and up to Gympie.
We deliver and install across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay, Redlands, Toowoomba and up to Gympie. Call (07) 2146 4907 or send the form and we will confirm your address.
No lock in
Hire it your way. No five year lock in.
Some leases and managed print contracts tie you to the same machine for five years or more. Hire is the flexible way to get a copier, and if it is not right, it can change.
Month to month
Hire for as long as you need the machine, whether that is a week, a month or a year. There is no five year term to sign up to.
Change it if it is not right
If the machine, your volumes or your plans change, tell us. Hire is flexible, so we can swap the model or adjust the arrangement. Ask us what notice applies.
Plain terms, in writing
We quote the machine, the term and what is included in writing before you commit. Delivery, installation and network setup are part of hire.
| Month to month hire | A long lease or managed print contract | |
|---|---|---|
| How long you commit | As short as you need | Often three to five years or more |
| If your needs change | Tell us and we adjust it | Often fixed until the term ends |
| Trying before you buy | Hire first, then buy the same machine if you like it | Check whether that is possible |
| Getting out | Ask us about notice before you start | Check the exit terms before you sign |
Want a lower monthly cost and sure you will keep the machine? Rental (12 to 36 months) and lease (36 to 60 months) are available too. We quote all of them side by side so you can choose.
